Heat on the other hand is difficult in the beginning but gets progressively easier (which is weird from a design prospective) to the point where the final main story mission which recommends that you’re performance level 280 might as well be a literal walk in the park. I will put it simply, you had to be near the top in terms of performance and skill in every other game you listed (expect most wanted 2012 because it’s most wanted 2012). Mainly because there isn’t a dedicated pvp mode but there is also the way they handled the progression in Heat as well. Out of all of these games I gotta admit that heat handled it the post game poorly.
